I hope each of you and your loved ones are ready for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday season together.  As you all know, I’ve decided to close the studio between now and the new year in order to focus on family, and to reflect on both the past and coming year. Goal-setting is natural at the start of every new year, and I encourage everyone to spend the time needed to set expectations for themselves that are both clear and realistic. I hope you all are feeling satisfied with your progress and remember to think of this moment as just one checkpoint on a longer road.  More on that bit later, though.

As a part of my reflection on the closing of this year, I plan to take time to both remember and focus on being grateful for my good fortune. I am very thankful for the trust that all of you have given me to help you with your own personal goals. I am proud to see the positive benefits you have gained from the hard work you’ve done in the training time we have spent together.  Your trust and your investment allows me to enjoy the work the I do in the way that I want to do it.  I hope to continue to be a valuable part of your commitment to your fitness and well-being and I am seeking new ways to provide value to you in the future.  The doors are always open for feedback, so feel free to share anything you want or need.

Your fitness should always be defined by the demands of your lifestyle. As such, I’m reminding you all to enjoy the season stress-free and without negative judgement for what you eat and drink, or for how well you relax. In short, I wish you all a wonderful holiday celebration with your loved ones. Happy Yuletide!
